PRODUCT BENEFITS
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a product exchange within 7 days from the day of receipt by ACS Courier.
Conditions for exchange :
1. Not more than 7 days have passed from the day of receipt of the product.
2. No tags have been removed from the product, no cologne or body cream has been worn / soiled / smelled / washed.
In any of the following cases, you must first contact us either by email at info@apparelfashion.gr or by phone at 210 8024164 daily until 14:00.
Change in number/other product :
If the number or code you need is available, send us the product as you received it through our partner company ACS for Greece the return shipping is completely free of charge.International returns are at your own expense and responsibility.
The charge for sending the new receipt will be 2,50 euro for Greece and 15.00 euro for Cyprus.
Refund :
If you wish to receive a refund of all or part of your purchase, you will send us the product(s) as you received them through our partner company ACS, and the refund charge will be deducted from the amount of the returned purchase.
The return charge will be 2,50€ for Greece and 15,00€ for Cyprus and can only be made through the ACS partner company, after you have contacted us.
If you send your parcel with a different company, you will be charged the amount that the respective company charges and you must pay it upon delivery to the respective company.
After we receive and check the products, the refund amount will be deposited to your account within 10 working days.
If the bank you indicate to us for the deposit of the return is different from Alpha Bank, Eurobank or if you wish to make a return to your Viva Wallet account, there will be corresponding charges which you will be responsible for.
In case you request a credit voucher, as soon as we receive the return of your purchase, you will be sent a personal message with the voucher corresponding to the amount of the refunded money and with the costs of the return to be borne by you. ( If you request a refund and your original order has exceeded the amount of 69€, the shipping costs will be charged to you : 2,80 euros for Greece, 6,00 euros or 15,00 euros (if you had chosen Express shipping) for Cyprus and additionally 2,00 euros if you have paid cash on delivery.)
